Our Consultancy's Profile

BUITEN Consultancy is an economic & spatial planning consultancy. We combine economic viability with attention to spatial planning quality, sustainability, and the quality of living conditions. This approach we adopt in all our projects, be it a municipal office market strategy, the development of sustainable tourism in Costa Rica, or the management of an Interreg-project.

BUITEN Consultancy is active in three fields:

We perform research, provide advice and can also provide for project, programme and process management. Our consultants have a background in economy, geography, physical planning and landscape design.

We provide our services to public authorities (the central government, provinces, and municipalities), non-governmental organisations and the private sector (in particular housing associations, project developers and investors).

Our operations are both effective and efficient, and are not restricted by established procedures. We seek to employ working methods and develop solutions that go beyond the beaten track. One of our Consultancy’s strengths is our use of interactive methods and working procedures. We attach great value to communications and design.
